Joel Carr Colvin, Jr., 51, of Adel died Monday, January 19, 2015, at Cook Senior Living Center in Adel. Private services and burial will be held for Mr. Colvin at a later date. Mr. Colvin was born on March 20, 1963 in Decatur and was the son of Joel Carr Colvin, Sr. of Ashburn and the late Elizabeth Gaul Colvin. He was a carpenter. In addition to his father, Mr. Colvin is survived by one sister, Elizabeth Colvin of Atlanta.
