David Benard Schien, 44, of Tifton died Monday, March 11, 2013, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. Among his survivors is his mother, Alice Kaye Hester of Tifton. Complete obituary information will be provided later.
